Woke to a sunny morning outside Taupo , still a bit weary from yesterday's travel's. Huka falls the major waterfall dropping 62000 gallons per second . The river system  supports trout fishing and canoeists. By chance we arrived at Spa Hotel circ 1800's  to find a forgotten traditional housing. The meeting house was still standing with its old wood fire place and dirt floors. Then a rush trip to Hastings for the farmers market, some great colours in there stalls. The afternoon was spent chasing around some great old wineries.
